To whom it may concern: 

1. I worked at the J.C.Penny store in Corinth, MS from 1984 to 1992 during this period there came a time when Shan Parker came in to visit his girl friend Wendy, who was also employed there. 
2. They went into the employee break room and a disagreement ensued between them. Shan Parker tried to strike Wendy with his fist but missed and his fist went through the wall of the break room. 
3. The store manager made Shan Parker replace the wall and then barred him from the store. 
4. From that day forward Wendy was driven to and from work by a family member for her own safety.
