STATEMENT

June 5, 2003

To whom it may concern: This is a true recap of my discussion with Tommy Comer in May, 2001 by telephone.

1. This case should never have gone to trial.
   
2. Mr. Parker was a parent that expected his children to follow his instructions but, they refused to do so.
   
3. Mr. Parker had a lot of stuff wrote down but none of it was any good.
   
4. I have Mr. Parkers file back in my dungeon.
   
5. The Governor will never let Mr. Parker out of prison.
   
6. When a case like this is lost I just want to forget it.
