STATEMENT
June 12, 2003
To whom it may concern
- I worked at the J.C.Penny store in Corinth, MS from
1984 to 1992 during this period there came a time when
Shan Parker came in to visit his girlfriend Wendy, who
was also employed there.
- They went into the employee break room and a
disagreement ensued between them. Shan Parker tried to
strike Wendy with his fist but missed and his fist went
through the wall of the break room.
- The store manager made Shan Parker replace the wall
and then barred him from the store.
- From that day forward Wendy was driven to and from work by a family member for her own safety.
