Statements made to Charles and M Kathleen Elam
- I was present about the first of March, 1992 when my
Daddy reported the .25 Cal pistol stolen from his house
to the Alcorn County, MS Sheriff's Department.
- I called the Sheriff's Department and gave them the
serial number on the .25 Cal Pistol that had been stolen
from my Daddy's house.
- I never saw my Daddy strike Shan or Jo.
- During the period from the first of March 1992 to
June 14, 1992 my Daddy complained to me several times
that both Shan and Nathan were threatening his life if he
did not stop going to see Mother.
- Greg Keenum and Tommy Comer refused to allow me to testify for my Daddy at his trial.
