Re: Robert E. Parker CR92-207

1. When I retired I told Shan and Jo they would no longer charge their phone calls, gas, or anything else to me.
2. I told Shan and Jo I would see that they had money for college as they needed it. 
3. I was at Freeda and Rusty's B.P. Station with my van when Shan and Christy came over to take it back home. Shan started cursing and pushing me around. Rusty's father told me to go on and get in the van and go on to the farm. When I started to get in my van Shan gave me a hard shove back and said "did you not understand what I just told you? You are not going anywhere in the van, I am taking it." I asked him 3 times to move away because I needed to get the van fixed. He started cursing me, I grab him around the neck. He picked me up and did a body slam on me and was on top of me. A neighbor came running over and told Shan to stop and then told Shan "you should be ashamed of yourself for jumping on your own father like that. I always thought you were a nice good kid but you are not. Then Mr. Nelms came over and told Shan he should go home. Then Shan and Christy went and told Charlene that I had attack Shan then Charlene filed for divorce. Then we went to a divorce hearing that was as for as it went. 
4. Shan and Nathan threatened my life on several times. 

This is a true statement.
