Statement Re: Robert E. Parker CR92-207 April 10, 2003 1. I reported my .25 cal. nickel-plated automatic pistol being taken from my house in March 1992 to David Bishop, Deputy Sherriff of Alcorn County, Mississippi. 2. At the same time, I reported that my knucks and $1,500 of old money had also been taken. 3. My wife, my daughter Freeda, and I searched our house for the stolen items. 4. The knucks were in Shan's pickup. 5. My wife found the old money later and put it in one of our safety deposit boxes. 6. We did not find the pistoL 7. I repeatedly called the Sheriff's office and asked them to take the gun away from Shan before something happened. 8. Shan repeatedly threatened my life. 9. The night I was taken to jail, no one from the Sheriff's department asked me about the .25 cal. pistol. This is a true statement. ROBERT E. PARKER Date: 4/18/03
