STATEMENT
Re: Robert E. Parker, CR92-207
April 10, 2003- I reported my .25 cal. nickel-plated automatic pistol
being taken from my house in March 1992 to David Bishop,
Deputy Sheriff of Alcorn County, Mississippi.
- At the same time, I reported that my knucks and
$1,500 of old money had also been taken.
- My wife, my daughter Freeda, and I searched our house
for the stolen items.
- The knucks were in Shan's pickup.
- My wife found the old money later and put it in one
of our safety deposit boxes.
- We did not find the pistoL
- I repeatedly called the Sheriff's office and asked
them to take the gun away from Shan before something
happened.
- Shan repeatedly threatened my life.
- The night I was taken to jail, no one from the Sheriff's department asked me about the .25 cal. pistol.
This is a true statement.
